Shipping Rates and Policies

What are the shipping costs to North America?

Most clients are under the impression that it is too difficult and costly to ship Australian products into the U.S. This is not the case.  Our products are shipped inexpensively via Australia Post up to 2.2lbs and items over 2.2lbs are shipped via Australia Post's Express Post International (signed delivery) service.  This ensures delivery within 3-7 working days and goods may be tracked in transit.

ORDERING GUIDELINES

1.  Australian Orders may be placed via our secure website, fax our Order Form to (03) 9546 3220 or email to sales@victoriasessentials.com 

2. U.S. & Canadian customers may place orders via our website, by email to sales@victoriasessentials.com or by fax at (801) 795 5891. We recommend written placement of orders, as we bear no responsibility for additional costs arising from verbal miscommunication.

3. Once an order is placed, a Proforma invoice is emailed including freight costs.

4. All products shipped Internationally are subject to the country's rules and regulations.  It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their local Customs Office regarding importation of cosmetic goods. 

5. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation of any order may incur a 20% restocking fee (typically after 24 hours).  

PAYMENT METHODS   

1. Australian Orders may be paid by Cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Direct Debit.

2.  International Orders my be paid by Visa, Mastercard or International Bank Transfer 

SHIPPING 

1. All shipping will originate from our office in Melbourne, Australia.

2. Order are shipped via Australia Post or Courier, depending on cost to the customer. 

3. We currently ship via Australia Post Express Post International globally. Victoria's Essentials will not be responsible for any delay in shipping due to Australia Post circumstances.     

4. All orders must be checked within 24 hours of receipt so that any discrepancies may be addressed.  

5. Back Orders cannot be accepted.  Although rare, out of stock items must be re-ordered.

RETURN POLICY

1. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item may be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges), if returned intact. 

2. Returns authorized beyond the two week period will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
 
3. If an error has been made on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment.

4. All products must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited.
